Look what I just found at my local Target!  A Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup that is: MSG Free Soy Free Gluten Free, and, In a BPA-free container! I’m super excited.  I don’t make a lot of casseroles, but there are a few family recipes that I’d love to make again with some decent cream of mushroom soup.  I haven’t made them in ages because we’ve been avoiding MSG and, though I know that I could make homemade cream of mushroom soup, I just haven’t.  So . . . as it gets to be cooler weather and you want to reach for those old, familiar recipes, reach for a box of this soup instead for healthier eating!  Just wanted to pass on this little tidbit . . .
